"Checked in during the Ice Storm and Manager was helpful and attentive. Gave us 2 connecting rooms which was helpful as I was travelling with 2 kids. Comfy linens and bed. Would stay again for sure. "

"At check in the front desk lady could not check me in properly (I booked through Expedia). As she was trying to fix the problem, and as a line started to form behind me, she kept saying she needed to talk to her manager to check me in, but fortunately she gave me a room key so my son and I could rest in our room. "Property was nice and close to the highway. Room was big and we loved the layout of the 2 bedroom suite. Room was fairly clean except drywall dust on lots of surfaces and dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Place is under Reno’s so a bit of a construction zone. Main complaint would be with the breakfast, we went down at 8:30 and food was cold/stale. Staff acted like we were inconveniencing them although we were told breakfast was open until 9:30.
